How transactions are counted
One transaction is one line on the bank or card statement that goes through matching. Ledger lines do not count. The counter resets at the start of each billing month, and the result screen shows how much of the month is left.
Billing questions
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Run one reconciliation without an account, and one more with a watermarked report after you create an account. There is no free plan.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You change the billing period in the billing panel, and the new price applies from the next period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect at once with a prorated charge. Downgrading applies at the end of the current period.
What happens when I reach the monthly transaction limit?
Reconciliations already in progress finish. New runs wait for the next billing month, or you upgrade in one click.
Do you charge setup or implementation fees?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to implement. You upload files and reconcile.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the billing panel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
Do I get invoices for my company?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice showing the company details you enter in the billing panel.
