How we protect your files
No bank credentials, ever
You upload statements yourself. The app never asks for a bank login and never connects to your bank.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Every connection uses TLS. Uploaded files and reconciliation results are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Demo files deleted after 24 hours
Files and results from reconciliations run without an account are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
Retention you control
Account files are kept for the retention of your plan, 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Business and up to 7 years on Firm as you configure it. You can delete any file or reconciliation at any time.
Access by role
Business and Firm plans assign roles per workspace, so staff see only the companies they work on.
Audit log and single sign-on
The Firm plan records every upload, match, approval and download in an audit log and supports sign in with Google or Microsoft accounts.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers in these categories: a hosting provider for servers and encrypted storage, an email delivery provider for sign in codes and account emails, a payment operator for subscriptions and, on paid plans only, a text recognition provider for scanned PDF statements. Each processes data only to deliver its part of the service. Details are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Your data stays yours
